Yep! Last December, when we were rebuilding the website, adding new equipment, and
hiring new employees, we stumbled upon the super cute moniker Printsess.com and
decided it had to be ours!

How much is shipping?

Shipping anywhere in the world is the same price - $10.00, no matter how much you order!

The only acception to this is metal charm orders shipping outside of the USA. Due
to the weight and high value, we must charge an additional $50 to cover shipping and insurance.

How is my order shipping out?
All orders are packed securely and shipped via UPS ground, which in the United States,
generally means your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders are
generally sent via USPS, and take 5-10 business days to arrive. Orders to Mars are
sent via intergalactic mail and take 3-5 years to arrive.

Tell me about your laser!
You’ll love this! It’s manufactured and assembled in the United States! It’s got a beam
that could slice your thumb right off! It’s ahead of its time, totally fine, and it’ll
cut your artwork right on the line!

I need to place a rush order!
We’re sorry, due the high volume of orders Printsess receives; we currently cannot accept rush orders.

I want just one (or a few) charms, stickers, etc. Can I order just one?
Sure, you can order one if you want! but it will cost exactly the same as the full minimum order.
Since we don't think anyone is going to buy a single $125 charm, we haven't listed that option.
The reason we can't make a single charm cheaper is that most of our cost is in the initial set up
and base materials. It isn't worth our time or materials to charge any less. If it makes you feel
any better, we offer the lowest minimums in the industry - and some exclusive products as well!
