#1. Your images must be 300dpi and at the correct print size. For reference:
- 1" charm at 300 dpi = 300 x 300 pixels
- 1.5" charm at 300 dpi = 450 x 450 pixels
- 2" charm at 300 dpi = " 600 x 600 pixels
You may also use our psd templates at the bottom of this page for reference.

#2. If you want holes in your charms, mark the spot with a small x on a
layer above your image. If you are sending a flat JPG, make sure the x is
small enough that it does not interfere with the design, or it may show up
on the finished product!

#3. Make sure your designs have a thick, dark outline. Please click here for details
If your design has thin borders, the results in most cases will not be pleasing. If you have
a simple design with no borders at all, or with a very light colored border, keep in mind that
when the laser cuts it will leave a darker outline on the edges. A dark border will hide this
very well. If you want it completely hidden, we recommend dark brown or black borders.

#4. Give your image a bleed area of 15 pixels as shown here
For best results, send us a PSD with the bleed area on a separate layer under your charm image.

If we notice an obvious problem with your file, we will contact you to resolve it!

Our charms are printed on 1/16" white acrylic. For extra gloss and protection, all of
the charms have a layer of lamination on top. Each charm comes to you individually masked.
Once we have received your order, production will take 15- 20 business days + shipping.

When you receive your charms, you will need to peel off the thin layer of masking tape that protects
them from smoke damage. If you are very aggressive when peeling them, you may end up catching the
edge of the layer of lamination on top of your charms. It would be very difficult to completely
lift or remove the layer of lamination, but we recommend you take care not to damage
the edge of your charms by scratching the edges too hard.

Once you have your image(s) ready place your order using the buttons below! Then email your
image files (JPG or PSD prefered) to us at printsessorders@gmail.com - please do not send
your images BEFORE you order to avoid confusion :). Also keep in mind that you can now have
up to four images in your order at no extra cost! We will devide the number of each design evenly.
Examples:

An order of 50 charms with 2 designs: 25, 25
An order of 50 charms with 3 designs: 16, 17, 17
An order of 50 charms with 4 designs: 12, 13, 12, 13

Because of the way we set up our files we cannot split the order unevenly.
